hi y'all. I have completed two tasks on the TCCH portal this morning

1. installed a CAPTCHA filter for account registration (which will cease the
robotic requests coming in by the dozens); and,

2. set up the mass contact module whch can be used by you administrators to
send email to all accountholders.
