Neighborhoods

We seek to implement Transition action on the neighborhood level in Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Our actions will eventually be integrated into a comprehensive Energy Descent Action Plan that encompasses all sectors of the economy. The ultimate goal is to implement actions so that we may achieve the transition necessary if we are to have a livable future.
