Transition Carrboro-Chapel Hill is developing projects geared toward making our community more resilient to environmental and economic shocks. But Carrboro and Chapel Hill already abound in efforts that are in the spirit of Transition. Our area is way ahead of the curve in this kind of thinking and action.
